6 TIPS TO KEEP YOUR NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS IN CHECK

Celebrate 2022 by starting the year right! Here are some tips we are going to use to make sure we stick to our resolutions.

1. MAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF

 Don't lose yourself in trying to achieve your goals. Remember to practise self-care ;)

2. DON'T BE TOO HARD ON YOURSELF 

Putting a lot of pressure on yourself can be unhealthy. Take your time and try to make achieving your goals enjoyable.

3. BE REALISTIC 

Make sure that your goals are realistic and positive. Don't use words like "never" "stop" or  "always". For exemple don't write "Stop eating fast food" and write " Create healthy eating habits" instead. 

4. PLAN YOUR GOALS 

Ask yourself what are some small steps that you can take to achieve your goals and make a plan!

5. CELEBRATE SMALL VICTORIES

Every little step counts, don't hesitate to get give yourself a pat on the back and be proud of yourself!

6. DON'T GIVE UP

Give yourself a chance! Success doesn't always happen overnight it can take time be patient and kind to yourself.
